About the Network

Snakes play important ecological roles but are often misunderstood and persecuted due to fear and misinformation. The Global Snake Educators Network connects educators, conservationists, researchers, and outreach practitioners who are working to improve understanding of snakes and reduce human–snake conflict.

Through collaboration, shared resources, and training opportunities, the network aims to strengthen snake education and support conservation and snakebite awareness efforts worldwide.
